RICK O’NEIL Rick O’Neil has more than 40 years’ experience growing profitable real estate offices as a broker, consultant and in executive positions for two national real estate franchise brands.

Both Inman News® and REALTOR® Magazine named Rick among the Top 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate.

Rick says, “Every broker wants to increase production and build a profitable business. The question is how does a broker do that? The answers include sponsoring, recruiting, training and retaining the right people, and the key to that is becoming a great leader. As a consultant, I coach and mentor brokers to grow their business profitably as they learn to become a great leader.”

Rick is also a graduate of the John C. Maxwell certification program of Maxwell Leadership and serves as a coach, teacher, trainer and speaker on leadership principles.
